Installing Turning Point Software (2017)

The following is the process for installing the Turning Point software on the new Windows 10 machines.

You need to copy the install over to the desktop, it will not install over the network properly.

1. Copy \\Tpaw-01\installs\TurningPoint 2017\turningpointinstall.exe to the desktop of the computer.
2. Install the software.
3. Run the Turning Point App that is on the desktop.
4. Click Sign In
5. Enter User and PW (documented in Turning Point folder in tech documents)
6. Click remember credentials.
7. Plug in the Receiver.
8. It should recognize the receiver and give you a number.
9. Remove the installation from the desktop.

If the software is seeing the receiver, then all should be operational at this point.   You can actually go in and run a test to see the the paddles are responding by, clicking on the receiver in the software, and there is a test button.   Click that button and try a couple of paddles.   You should see responses.
