Removing User Profiles Manually

If you need to remove a user profile manually, the following procedure is hidden within the Windows 10 operating system.

1. Log onto the computer as administrator (or the local Tech account).
2. Run the following at the command prompt:  sysdm.cpl
3. Once it opens, click on the advanced tap
4. Click on Settings under User Profiles
5. Remove the profile in questions
6. Confirm
7. Close the program
