We know that the first couple of weeks, scheduling changes can happen for what seems to be every student; however, the following is a little trick to help you manage your classes with the SIMS Download. You can re-upload the class list and let Grade Quick make the roster change for you.
- Download the new file from SIMS (Same as creating your class files the first time).
- Open your current GradeQuick file.
- Under the “File” menu, choose “Import”.
- Then from the dialogue box that appears, choose “ASCII Delimited Roster/Data.”
- From the dialogue box that appears, choose “Comma”.
- Choose “OK” twice and then choose the file where the data will be pulled.
- A new dialogue box appears. This time instead of creating a new class as you normally do, choose “Update (Add/Delete as needed) and then click OK.
