Due to the possibility of e-mail messages being blocked
by spam filters, please use this form to submit a request
to the School’s Technology Department if you are having
issues with your Parent/Student account. Your request will
be logged within the department’s work order and maintenance
tracking system and will be addressed in a more timely fashion.
We ask that you be specific with as many details as possible
with your request. In most cases the request can be completed
electronically and you will receive an e-mail confirmation
that the request has been resolved or completed.
