To better transition your child to school, we will be implementing a staggered start for Kindergarten students this year. This means that a child will come ONE full day the first week to better acclimate them to their new school home. During this day, they will be given the KRA assessment (which is required by the state), given a tour, and the child's teachers can ease their minds of any questions or worries they may have coming to Kindergarten. Consult the letter that came in the mail to all Kindergarten parents for your start day. All Kindergarten students will return to school and resume the regular school days calendar on Monday, August 26th.

The buses will drop the Elementary/Middle School students off in the front of the building daily, and pick them up at the same place to bring them home. In the morning, the student drop off is located on the right side of the building. This is the only place to drop students off, unless school has started, for the safety of all the students. Student pick-up is a little different depending on the grade of your students. Please read the dismissal information paper that will be sent home on the first day. Kindergarten through third grade will be picked-up in the cafeteria each day. Parents will enter through the delivery door on the left side of the building and come into the cafeteria to sign out the student. Grades four and five will enter the loop on the right side of the building and follow the directions of the staff assigned to the pick-up line. Families with multiple students will follow the pick-up procedures for the oldest child.
