On Monday, September 18th, the Newton Falls Volleyball teams played Crestview at Newton Falls. In the JV game, Crestview won 3-0. In the Varsity game, Crestview won 3-0. 14-25, 10-25, 12-25.
Izzy Kline had 14 kills; Elizabeth Boone had 6 points, 13 digs, 8 assists; and Allison Sembach had 12 assists.
The team hosts Lakeview on Wednesday, September 20th.

The NFTPP is having its recycling program again this year. Please bring in your donations of air care and oral care products. Products include any brand of toothpaste tubes with caps, toothbrushes, toothpaste cartons, toothbrush outer packaging, floss containers, air freshener cartridges with plugs, air freshener plastic packaging with flexible film, plastic trigger heads, Febreze ONE bottles with trigger heads, and Febreze ONE refills. Items can be handed in to any building office. Please see Mrs. Donley in room 306 with any questions.

On Thursday, September 28th, we will be hosting our First Annual College Fair here at NFHS. The fair will be from 8:00-10:00 AM in the commons area. There will be 16 universities, 5 trade schools and all branches of the military committed to attend.
If you signed up to take the PSAT test on Wednesday, October 11th please make sure you have your payment of $16 in to Mr. Kernen by Friday, September 29th. Checks can be made out to Newton Falls High School.
Seniors, if you plan to attend the College Fair at NEOMED & Kent State on Thursday, October 12th, make sure you complete and turn in your permission slip form to Mr. Shelby in room 301 as soon as possible. Remember to wear appropriate clothing depending on weather conditions on that day and bring money for lunch.
If you drive to school you must purchase a parking pass and must show it in your vehicle daily. Passes are $10 and the paperwork is available at the High School Office or on the school website.
